Lure Hair Extensions Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Lure Hair Extensions, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase or appointment booking.
1. Product Quality
Lure Hair Extensions is committed to providing high-quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of hair products, slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, and length may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as product defects.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we are not responsible for incorrect selections, addresses, or order details entered by the customer.
3. Processing & Shipping
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and shipping carrier delays. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lure Hair Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lure Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once the product has been opened, worn, installed, colored, altered, brushed out, washed, or removed from its original packaging.
Returns or exchanges may only be considered if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Requests must be made within ___ days of delivery.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for hair that has been installed, customized, colored, cut, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
5. Hair Care Responsibility
Proper care is required to maintain the quality and longevity of hair extensions. Lure Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, excessive heat, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, poor maintenance, product buildup, or incorrect installation.
Customers are responsible for following all recommended hair care instructions.
6. Color Matching
Color matching is not guaranteed unless an in-person consultation or professional color match service is completed. Photos, lighting, screen settings, and filters may affect how colors appear online. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct color before purchase.
7. Installation Services
If installation services are offered, clients must arrive with hair properly prepared according to the appointment instructions. Failure to follow preparation requirements may result in additional fees, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Deposits for appointments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the salon or stylist’s booking policy.
8. Deposits & Appointments
All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be transferable one time with at least ___ hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No-shows, same-day cancellations, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or additional fees before booking future appointments.
9. Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for informing the stylist or company of any allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or medical concerns before purchasing or receiving services. Lure Hair Extensions is not responsible for reactions caused by products, adhesives, thread, styling products, or installation methods.
10. Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
11. Custom Orders
Custom orders, special orders, pre-orders, and customized hair products are final sale. These items cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once processing has begun.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact Lure Hair Extensions first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of future orders, denial of services, and legal action if necessary.
13. Photo & Video Use
Lure Hair Extensions may request permission to use photos or videos of installed hair for promotional purposes, including social media, website, advertising, and marketing. Written or verbal consent may be required before use.
14. Limitation of Liability
Lure Hair Extensions is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse of products, third-party services, shipping carrier issues, or customer alterations to the hair.
15. Agreement
By completing your purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Returns & Quality Promise
At LURE Hair Extensions, every order is backed by our commitment to quality. We take pride in carefully sourcing, preparing, and packaging every product so you can feel confident in your purchase. Your satisfaction matters to us, and if something does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care team.
Because hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products and are prepared with care, all sales are final. However, unused and eligible items may qualify for store credit, and any genuine product concern will be reviewed fairly by our team.
Quality Guarantee
If you believe you received a product that does not meet LURE Hair Extensions’ quality standards, please contact our Customer Care team at Lurehairextensions@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the product
- A detailed description of the concern
Once your claim is received, our team will review the information provided. If LURE Hair Extensions verifies a product issue, we will offer a fair resolution. If the item is determined to be in standard condition, it will be returned to you at our expense via priority mail.
Please note that the use of non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, cutting, removing hair from the weft, bleaching, chemically processing, or otherwise altering the hair will void eligibility for any resolution.
Store Credit Returns
Eligible items that are unused, unaltered, and in original condition may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for store credit:
- The item must be in original, resalable condition
- The item must be unwashed, uncombed, uncut, uncolored, and unaltered
- Original ties must remain intact as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be received within 7 days of the delivery date
To initiate a return, please email Lurehairextensions@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping carrier with signature confirmation. LURE Hair Extensions is not responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once the item is received and confirmed to be in resalable condition, store credit will be issued. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. If your original purchase was made during a promotion that has ended, the promotion will not apply to your new order.
A flat $35 restocking fee applies to all approved returns and return-to-sender shipments. Shipping fees and Route Package Protection fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate and hygiene-sensitive nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or replacement under any circumstances:
- Lace closures
- Lace frontals
- Full lace wigs
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Items that have been used, washed, combed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed, or altered in any way
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order processing begins immediately after checkout to ensure timely fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to modify, cancel, or update shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
For orders with different billing and shipping addresses, we recommend using PayPal at checkout. A PayPal account is not required.
Undeliverable Packages
After 1–3 delivery attempts, undeliverable packages may be returned to our facility.
If your package is returned to us, store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued for the item value, minus the original shipping cost and a $35 restocking fee. Shipping fees and Route Package Protection fees are non-refundable.
The E-Gift Card may be used to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
Protect Your Order with Route
LURE Hair Extensions offers Route Package Protection at checkout. Route is an optional add-on that helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection, especially for larger orders. Route claims can be filed quickly and easily online.
Hair Appointments & Installation
LURE Hair Extensions is not responsible for any costs associated with hair appointments, installations, takedowns, re-installations, cancellations, stylist fees, or any other expenses related to the use or installation of our products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stylist cancellation fees
- Installation costs
- Takedown or re-installation costs
- Costs related to damaged or altered extensions
- Bleached knots
- Cut wefts
- Chemical treatments
- Wear and tear after installation
Please receive and inspect your complete order before scheduling or confirming any hair appointments.
Limitation of Liability
LURE Hair Extensions does not accept liability beyond the remedies outlined in this policy, including any liability for products becoming unavailable after purchase.
LURE Hair Extensions will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. LURE Hair Extensions is also not responsible for any third-party claims except as expressly stated in this policy.
This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. For any liability related to a product purchase, LURE Hair Extensions’ responsibility shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
